Job Title: Clinic Head of Operation (Primary Health)

Job Summary: Al Reem Group is seeking a full-time Clinic Head of Operation for its Primary Health clinic located in Al Ain. The Clinic Head of Operation will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. The role focuses on managing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing strategies to optimize clinic performance while providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Primary Health clinic in Al Ain, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance.
- Monitor budgets, manage resources, and maintain inventory to ensure the clinic runs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with DOH and other healthcare regulations, maintaining high standards of care.
- Address patient concerns and operational issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on clinic performance, patient care, and operational metrics.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the staff.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic operations, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinic management practices, particularly in primary care settings
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to address and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- DOH license preferred
- Experience in primary healthcare operations is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
