Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. The assistant will also act as a liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this position.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience.
