Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

Job Summary: Al Reem Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients across all age groups. The Family Medicine Physician will diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues, focusing on preventative care, chronic condition management, and overall wellness. This role involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and fostering strong relationships with patients and their families.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with established medical protocols.
  • Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Conduct regular check-ups and monitor patients’ health over time, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform minor procedures in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical research, treatments, and healthcare guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient status and treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, regulations, and ethical standards.


Qualifications:

  • DOH licensed Family Medicine Specialist is a must
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in Family Medicine
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or family practice setting
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in managing a wide range of medical conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and standards
  • Immediate availability preferred
