Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist with ADHICS knowledge is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, with a particular focus on systems and solutions related to ADHICS (Advanced Digital Health Information and Communication Systems). This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues with ADHICS software and hardware, configuring IT equipment, and ensuring the seamless operation of health information systems. The specialist will also support general IT functions, document technical issues, and assist with IT projects and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ADHICS software and hardware.
