Job Summary: Al Reem Group is seeking a full-time Odoo Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules and customizations. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their requirements and create tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party systems and applications to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, providing technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo features.
- Optimize Odoo ERP performance and ensure scalability of implemented solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of Odoo ERP updates and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo ERP and related technologies.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in software development and data security.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP modules
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Odoo framework, architecture, and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping)
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Knowledge of API integration and web services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Odoo certification is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
