Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary: Al Reem Group is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. The Physiotherapist will assess physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and use therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. This role requires strong clinical skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, movement disorders, and pain levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Administer various physical therapies, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and the use of specialized equipment.
  • Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to aid in their rehabilitation process.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy.
  • Ensure all therapy equipment is properly maintained and available for patient care.

Qualifications:

  • DOH licensed Physiotherapist is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitative care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple patients.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
